Tasting notes open with lemon, lime and green apple, layered with crushed oyster shell, wet stone minerality and a subtle earthy undertone. The palate is fresh, taut and very crisp, showing malic acidity, fine chalky grip and a long, linear finish with a hint of white pepper.
