448 is a bright, aromatic white from Alto Adige that puts freshness and drinkability front and centre. Predominantly Pinot Bianco, with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc completing the blend, the fruit comes from hillside vineyards around Cornaiano at 448 metres above sea level.

Pear, white peach and crisp apple lead the nose, followed by a palate that feels juicy, lightly textured and energetic. There is enough grip and mineral freshness to give the wine shape, while the finish remains clean and refreshing.

Light in feel but not lacking character, this is an easy choice for aperitivo drinking or alongside fresh seafood, antipasti and lighter vegetable dishes.
