Groom Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Daryl Groom's 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, expressive take on this Adelaide Hills favourite, combining vibrant fruit with a softer, more rounded palate.

Lifted aromas of tropical fruit, ripe mango, passionfruit and kiwi meet hints of fresh citrus and green apple. The palate is lively and approachable, with juicy fruit, refreshing acidity and a gentle touch of sweetness adding balance and texture.

Made without oak to preserve its bright fruit character, with a small addition of Barossa Semillon bringing extra richness. A generous yet refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, particularly good alongside fresh seafood, sushi or fragrant Asian salads.
