Grosset Gaia 2024 is a finely structured biodynamic Cabernet blend from the historic Gaia Vineyard in Clare Valley, marking the 35th release of this iconic wine. Composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, it reflects precision viticulture and a long-standing focus on elegance over weight.

The nose is deeply perfumed, with blackcurrant, dark cherry and bramble layered over subtle herbal lift and fine graphite spice. The palate is compact and concentrated, showing pure dark fruit framed by fine-grained tannins and bright natural acidity. Oak is present but seamlessly integrated, adding structure without obscuring fruit clarity.

Classically poised and built for the long term, this is a Cabernet blend of restraint and detail rather than overt power. It pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef fillet or earthy mushroom dishes, and has the structure to age gracefully for 20–25 years.
