Guimaro Joven Mencia 2022

Guimaro Tinto is a fresh, savoury expression of Ribeira Sacra, bringing together fruit from granite, slate and sandy soils across multiple parcels.
Made from vines averaging around 40 years old, each soil type is fermented separately before blending. The wine shows sour cherry, red berries, floral tea and smoky spice, with a gentle herbal edge. The palate is light and energetic, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a subtle mineral feel.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised without oak, this is all about purity and drinkability. Excellent slightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled pork or simple tapas.
