Sourced from Gullyview Vineyard in Watervale, the 2025 Countryside Cabernet Sauvignon offers a fresh, approachable take on Clare Valley Cabernet, grown on the region's classic terra rossa soils over limestone.

Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry and ripe dark berries lead into a juicy palate with subtle herbal notes and gentle savoury spice. Medium bodied and fruit driven, with soft tannins and refreshing acidity, it's a Cabernet that favours elegance over weight.

Matured for 11 months in large Slavonian oak foudres, adding structure without overwhelming the fruit. A lovely match for grilled lamb, roast beef or a relaxed Sunday lunch.
