Gullyview Lot 23 Riesling 2026 is a bright, textural expression of Watervale, grown on black and red clay over the region’s characteristic limestone.

Fresh lemon and orange citrus lead the palate, joined by delicate florals, white spice and subtle herbal notes. Three hours on skins and five months on fine lees bring a gentle silkiness, while the limestone soils show through in a chalky, saline edge. At just 11.2% alcohol, the wine remains light, precise and refreshing.

A vibrant Clare Valley Riesling with a little more texture than the classic style. Ideal with oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche or fresh Asian inspired dishes.
