Gullyview The Fruitful Grenache 2025

A bright, modern Watervale Grenache with vibrant red fruit, savoury tannins and a distinctive graphite edge.

From 81 year old vines at Gullyview Vineyard, this 100% Grenache is grown on Terra Rossa soils over limestone at 350 metres above sea level. Cranberry, raspberry and rose petal aromas lead into an energetic palate, where lively acidity gives the fruit plenty of lift before settling into dusty, savoury tannins and a subtle graphite minerality.

The fruit was picked in two stages to capture both freshness and depth, then fermented on skins in open stainless steel before spending 11 months in a large Slavonian oak foudre. Medium bodied and effortlessly vibrant, this is Grenache with plenty of character. Try it with roast lamb, charred vegetables or spiced pork.
