Hahndorf Hill Rose 2025

Hahndorf Hill's 2025 Rosé is a delicate, savoury expression of the Adelaide Hills, blending six red varieties including Trollinger, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. Picked early to preserve freshness, it's a contemporary dry rosé with plenty of character.

Fresh strawberry, pomegranate and summer berries lead the way, with subtle notes of whipped cream, nutmeg and baked custard. The palate is light and finely textured, with gentle red fruit, refreshing acidity and a clean, juicy finish.

Fermented in stainless steel to retain its delicate aromatics, this is a beautifully balanced rosé with a subtle savoury edge. Particularly good alongside prawn and pea risotto, grilled seafood or fresh Mediterranean salads.
