Henschke Tappa Pass Shiraz 2023

Henschke Tappa Pass Shiraz 2023 combines fruit from old vines across the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley, delivering richness with impressive freshness and control.

Boysenberry, mulberry, blueberry and raspberry are joined by violet, bay leaf, black pepper, clove and star anise. The palate is generous but finely shaped, with bright acidity and velvety tannins giving the dark fruit plenty of length and definition.

Made from vines up to 70 years old, the wine matures for 17 months in French oak, with just 10% new barrels. A polished Barossa Shiraz with depth, spice and balance, well suited to lamb, beef or slow cooked meat dishes.
