Henskens Rankin Blanc De Blancs 2019

This single vineyard Blanc de Blancs from Tasmania's Coal River Valley is an exceptionally detailed sparkling Chardonnay, sourced from the tiny Tashinga vineyard on the slopes of Mount Rumney. Hand harvested and barrel fermented, it spent six years on lees before disgorgement in 2025, with a minimal dosage of just 2 g/L.

Fresh green apple, citrus and delicate white flowers meet toasted pastry, roasted nuts and subtle coastal notes. The palate is finely textured and precise, with a creamy mousse, crisp mineral acidity and a long, distinctly dry finish.

Just 900 individually numbered bottles produced, this is a beautifully suited match for freshly shucked oysters, scallops or delicate seafood dishes.
