Henskens Rankin NV Brut is a beautifully precise Tasmanian sparkling wine, made predominantly from Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards in the Upper Derwent Valley and Northern Midlands.

Fresh red apple, ripe berries and delicate rose petal aromas meet subtle notes of meadow hay and citrus. The palate is crisp and finely textured, with bright acidity, a gentle savoury character and a long, dry finish carrying a distinctive saline edge.

Made using the traditional method, with almost two years ageing on lees, this is an elegant sparkling wine that balances freshness with understated complexity. Particularly good alongside freshly shucked oysters, scallops or delicate seafood dishes.
