Hither and Yon Rosato 2025 is a vibrant McLaren Vale rosé that brings together Sangiovese and Aglianico in a fresh, Italian inspired style.

Bright and expressive, it opens with rosehip, blood orange and a hint of thyme, leading into a palate of watermelon, pink grapefruit and pomegranate. There is a gentle savoury edge, with subtle bitterness and a saline lift that keeps everything focused and refreshing.

This first vintage field blend shows both energy and structure, with a bold yet finely balanced profile that lingers nicely on the finish.

Serve well chilled with antipasti, grilled vegetables or fresh seafood.
