Holyman Pinot Noir 2024

Holyman Pinot Noir 2024 is a small production Tasmanian Pinot Noir with real vineyard character and quiet intensity.

Sourced entirely from a 0.6 hectare estate block of 39 year old, non irrigated vines, it offers bright red cherry, raspberry and subtle spice with an earthy, savoury edge. Low cropping gives the wine good concentration, while the palate stays fine and composed with fresh acidity and silky tannins.

Matured in French oak puncheons, including 30% new oak, this is a refined, ageworthy style that suits duck, roast chicken or mushroom dishes.
