Hubert Lamy Saint Aubin La Princee 2023

Hubert Lamy Saint Aubin La Princée 2023 is a racy and mineral driven white Burgundy from cool east facing valley sites on limestone soils, including a small portion of 1er Cru fruit.

The nose is vivid and lifted, with citrus peel, yellow plum and green apple notes over a smoky, rocky mineral edge.

The palate is fresh and energetic, with bright acidity and a core of orchard fruit including pear and apple. There is more mid palate generosity than in cooler years, balanced by a long, focused and limestone driven finish.
