Hughes & Hughes Pinot Noir 2023

Fruit from vineyards in the Coal River (20%), Derwent (70%), and Tamar (7%) Valleys and Channel (3%). Predominantly whole berry, 10% whole bunch, natural yeast, held on skins for 16-21 days. Pressed directly to and matured in oak (8% new). Bottled unfined.
