Huntress Pinot Noir 2023

A finely detailed Martinborough Pinot Noir from Huntress, made in tiny quantities from the organically farmed Grava Vineyard.

Red raspberry and cherry sit alongside floral notes, cassia bark and a gentle savoury spice. The palate is juicy and supple, with red liquorice, fine tannins and an easy sense of flow.

Made from 100% Abel clone Pinot Noir with 25% whole cluster fermentation, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, the style is fragrant, light on its feet and quietly complex. At just 12% alcohol, it has real freshness and clarity. Only 252 bottles were produced. Excellent with duck, mushroom dishes or grilled salmon.
