Inkwell Hacking Project Syrah 2025 is a small production McLaren Vale Syrah that puts vineyard character ahead of heavy winemaking.

Sourced from Inkwell’s certified Regenerative Organic vineyard, the fruit was hand harvested and fermented naturally before gentle maturation. The result is a fresh, expressive style with dark berry fruit, black cherry, cracked pepper and subtle savoury notes, carried by fine tannins and bright acidity.

With just 600 litres produced, this is a focused, site driven Syrah that reflects both the 2025 season and Inkwell’s low intervention approach. A natural match for lamb, grilled meats or smoky vegetable dishes.
