Joh. Jos. Prüm’s 2023 Kabinetts capture the clarity and energy that make Mosel Riesling so distinctive, with remarkable intensity despite their lightness of frame.

Across Bernkastel, Graach and Wehlen, the wines show bright citrus, green apple and stone fruit, often with delicate floral and mineral notes. The palate is finely balanced between natural sweetness and vibrant acidity, giving them freshness, precision and excellent length.

Beautifully approachable now but capable of developing for many years, these are versatile Rieslings for sashimi, tuna tartare, lighter Asian dishes, seafood or simply as an aperitif.
