Watervale Riesling 2025 is a bright, finely textured expression of Clare Valley Riesling, sourced from the Morella Vineyard in Watervale at 447 metres above sea level.

Grapefruit and citrus lead the aromatics, joined by delicate florals and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity balanced by gentle texture from six months spent on fermentation lees.

Harvested at modest ripeness and fermented in tank, this is a clean, focused Riesling that combines freshness with a little extra palate weight. An excellent match for oysters, fresh seafood, Thai dishes or simply enjoyed well chilled.
