Kir Yianni Assyrtiko Amyndeon 2025

Kir Yianni Assyrtiko is a fresh, precise expression of Greece’s signature white grape, grown in the cool, elevated vineyards of Amyndeon. Lemon, green apple and subtle stone fruit lead the way, with a gentle chalky note adding freshness and definition.

A short period of skin contact followed by stainless steel fermentation and time on fine lees brings a little extra texture without taking away from Assyrtiko’s naturally bright acidity. The palate is clean, energetic and quietly mineral, finishing dry and crisp. A versatile Greek white that works beautifully with grilled fish, oysters, calamari or simply as an aperitif.
