Koerner Adelaide Hills Savagnin 2025

Koerner's 2025 Savagnin is a bright, finely structured white from the Deanery Vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills. Hand harvested from vines planted in 2004, it shows sea spray, white stone fruit and subtle savoury notes, with lively acidity providing plenty of energy and length. Fermentation and maturation in Slavonian oak add gentle texture without weighing down the wine, while extended time in stainless steel keeps the finish clean and focused. Fresh, mineral and distinctly Adelaide Hills in style, it is an excellent match for oysters, grilled prawns, sashimi or fresh goat’s cheese.
