Koerner Lenswood Chardonnay 2023

Koerner Lenswood Chardonnay 2023 is a powerful yet tightly composed Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, combining concentrated fruit with flinty reduction and finely judged oak.

White peach, lemon curd and citrus sit alongside subtle struck match, spice and a savoury lees character. The palate is energetic and layered, with bright acidity, firm structure and a long, mineral finish.

Hand picked in Lenswood, the fruit was fermented in French puncheons before spending 12 months on lees, followed by a short period in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered, this is a serious, textural Chardonnay with plenty of detail. Excellent with roast chicken, grilled snapper or richer seafood dishes.
