Kooyong Massale Pinot Noir 2022 is a finely detailed Mornington Peninsula red that showcases the estate’s cool climate precision and focus on site expression through massale selection plantings.

The nose is bright and aromatic, with raspberry, strawberry and red cherry layered over subtle savoury spice and a faint herbal lift.

On the palate, it is medium bodied with morello cherry and red berry fruit carried by fresh acidity. The tannins are firm yet finely textured, giving shape without hardness, and the wine tapers into a long, polished finish with a gently savoury edge.

A natural match for duck, roast chicken or mushroom based dishes, this Pinot Noir is already very approachable but has enough structure to develop further complexity with short to medium term cellaring.
