A bright, unfussy expression of Dolcetto from Piedmont, focused on freshness rather than extraction.

Red cherry, raspberry and subtle herbal notes lead the nose, with the palate carrying the same vibrant fruit through fine tannins and a gentle savoury edge. There is no oak here, with maturation in concrete and stainless steel helping preserve the wine’s purity and energy.

The result is light on its feet but still structured, making it an easy red to enjoy across the table. Try it slightly cool with salumi, pizza, grilled pork or simple tomato based pasta.
