M. Chapoutier Cotes Du Rhone Belleruche White 2023

M. Chapoutier Côtes du Rhône Belleruche White 2023 is a vibrant white wine from one of France’s oldest appellations. The Côtes du Rhône region has a history dating back over two thousand years, with formal recognition from the INAO in 1937. M. Chapoutier’s Belleruche wines showcase this rich heritage through approachable, expressive wines.

This blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Bourboulenc is grown on clay and calcareous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity and immediately pressed. The juice is cold-settled for 24 hours and fermented between 16–20°C, with no malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured in vats before bottling at the end of winter.

The pale yellow wine has aromas of green apple, hawthorn, white blossoms, citrus, and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh and balanced, with vibrant fruit, a gentle weight, and a long, lingering finish.

It pairs beautifully with seafood, light poultry dishes, or fresh summer salads.
