Marquis d’Angerville Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a bright, approachable Burgundy that brings together Pinot Noir and Gamay in a traditional regional style.

Sourced from the Monpoulain lieu dit in Volnay, the wine comes from deeper clay soils with relatively little limestone. The blend is more evenly split between Pinot Noir and Gamay than is typical for the appellation, giving a combination of fresh red fruit, gentle spice and soft savoury detail.

Light on its feet and easy to enjoy, this is an unpretentious but carefully made Burgundy with plenty of charm. Ideal with charcuterie, roast chicken, pork or simple bistro dishes.
