Elegant rather than powerful, it shows fresh red fruit, subtle spice, peppery detail and fine mineral tension, supported by bright acidity and beautifully balanced structure. Years of biodynamic farming are reflected in the wine’s purity, finesse and graceful texture. A classic Volnay Premier Cru with excellent poise and cellaring potential, best enjoyed from 2030 to 2037.
