Mas Pere Brut Selección is a fresh, approachable Spanish sparkling wine made from the traditional Cava varieties of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, offering a lovely balance of fruit and subtle savoury complexity.

Crisp green apple, fresh pear and citrus lead the way, with delicate notes of toasted brioche, dried herbs and a touch of lemon zest. The palate is lively and refreshing, with fine bubbles, gentle creaminess and a clean, citrus driven finish.

Made using the traditional method, with a minimum of 12 months ageing in bottle, this is a versatile Brut sparkling wine. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside tapas, fresh seafood and salty snacks.
