Maude Wines Pinot Noir 2024

A generous, fruit driven red with plenty of aromatic lift, combining ripe fruit, savoury complexity and a finely structured palate.

Fragrant aromas of violet, dark cherry, strawberry and ripe plum are complemented by hints of anise, fresh herbs and subtle earthy spice. The palate is juicy and expressive, with generous red fruit, polished tannins and vibrant acidity bringing freshness to a long, gently spiced finish.

Fermented with 15% whole bunches and matured for ten months in French oak, this is a beautifully balanced wine with both immediate appeal and the structure to develop over the next several years. Excellent alongside roast duck, grilled lamb or mushroom dishes.
