Wild strawberry, Morello cherry and peony lead the nose, layered with warm spice, pepper, herbs and a distinctive graphite like mineral edge. The palate is generous yet finely detailed, with dark cherry fruit, savoury complexity and persistent, precise tannins giving the wine excellent structure.

Made entirely with whole bunch fermentation and no new oak, this is energetic, complex Pinot Noir with both immediate appeal and genuine ageing potential. Pair with duck, mushroom dishes, roast chicken or pork.
