A classic Côtes du Rhône red with generous fruit, gentle spice and supple tannins.

Made primarily from Grenache and Syrah, this French red brings together fruit from the varied soils of the Côtes du Rhône, from stony clay terraces to pebbly and sandy sites. These warm, well drained soils help give the wine both ripe fruit and freshness.

The nose is full of blackcurrant and raspberry, with a lift of white pepper. Juicy red fruit and subtle roasted notes follow on the palate, supported by silky, delicate tannins and a rounded finish. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel before six months of maturation, it is a straightforward, food friendly Rhône red. Pour it with young lamb, grilled sausages or roast chicken.
