Michel Chapoutier Crozes Hermitage 2022

Made from 100% Syrah grown on south-facing slopes of gravel and shingle soils, this Crozes-Hermitage comes from 25-year-old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and traditionally vinified in concrete tanks with gentle extraction. Aged for about 12 months, the wine shows a deep purple hue, with aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry, and violet. The palate is round and generous, finishing with notes of stewed fruit and a touch of vanilla.
