Ministry Of Clouds Gamay 2025

Ministry of Clouds brings a fresh perspective to Adelaide Hills Gamay, combining fruit from the Turnbull family's Charleston vineyard with a more delicate parcel from Kenton Valley.

Fragrant raspberry, dark cranberry and pink peppercorn lead the way, with hints of cardamom, mountain herbs and earthy spice. The palate is bright and finely structured, with crunchy red fruit, lively acidity and a gentle, savoury tannin grip.

Wild fermented with a portion of whole bunches and matured for seven months in older French oak, this is an expressive, lighter bodied red with plenty of complexity. Excellent served slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, roast quail or Asian inspired dishes.
