Mollydooker Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz

The 2025 Mollydooker Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz is a generous, fruit driven Australian sparkling red, made from Shiraz grown in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek.

Rich aromas of ripe cherry, dark plum and liquorice are complemented by hints of cocoa, vanilla and sweet spice. The palate is full of vibrant dark fruit, with lively bubbles adding freshness to the rich, rounded texture and a lingering, gently spiced finish.

Made from the Boxer Shiraz, with fermentation and maturation in American oak before a secondary fermentation to create its sparkle. Best served well chilled alongside glazed ham, roast meats or a barbecue.
