Murdoch Hill Chardonnay 2025

The 2025 Murdoch Hill Chardonnay is a cool climate Adelaide Hills white built on purity and precision. It opens with citrus, green apple and grapefruit, carried by a fine acid line that keeps everything bright and focused.

Barrel fermentation and lees work add texture without overwhelming the fruit subtle hazelnut and a faint savoury edge sit beneath the surface. The finish is saline, clean and long. It's approachable now but has the structure to develop over the next few years. Pair it with grilled flathead, roast chicken or a leek and goat's cheese tart.
