Murdoch Hill Phaeton Pinot Noir 2024

The Phaeton Pinot Noir is an elegant expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, combining fruit from Lenswood and Piccadilly Valley to deliver a wine of beautiful fragrance, depth and finesse.

Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry are layered with subtle notes of warm earth, dried herbs and savoury spice. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, with a concentrated core of red fruit, delicate tannins and refreshing acidity carrying through to a long, gently spiced finish.

Fermented with 10% whole bunches and matured in French oak, this is a refined Pinot Noir with lovely savoury complexity. Excellent alongside roast duck, mushroom risotto or grilled poultry.
