Muster Polish Hill Riesling 2024 is a straight down the line Clare Valley Riesling from the Polish Hill subregion. Whole bunch pressed, juice separated from skins immediately, then fermented cool to dryness in stainless steel. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

Aromatic and precise, with lime zest, lemon curd and orange blossom up front, backed by quince and a distinct flinty mineral edge. The palate is taut and focused, with a long, mouthwatering finish that signals serious cellaring potential.

Drink now with oysters, sashimi or a green salad with citrus dressing, or tuck a few away for five to ten years.
