Here, Fiano from the warm Riverland provides the perfect foundation for a fresh, vibrant white with plenty of character. Bright citrus and ripe stone fruit lead into subtle grassy notes and a gentle mineral edge, while crisp acidity keeps the palate lively and clean. Light and easy drinking at 12% alcohol, it is a versatile expression of Fiano that works beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled vegetables or simply enjoyed well chilled.
