Ox Hardy Upper Tintara Shiraz 2022

Sourced from millennium plantings of Bob’s selection on the 
Hardy family Vineyard, this wine is a contemporary style of 
Blewitt Springs Shiraz. The Blewitt Springs sub-region is more 
elevated and cooler than the McLaren Vale floor which gives 
the wines a higher level of natural acidity, great freshness, and 
bright lively colour. The fruit was left to ferment in open top 
fermenters, with daily plunging down. It was then transferred 
to old and new oak barrels (15%) for 15 months maturation. A 
medley of inky blue fruit and a savoury and ferruginous heart.
