Pear, green apple and nectarine lead the palate, followed by grapefruit and fresh citrus. Three months on lees with regular stirring adds gentle creaminess and weight, while crisp acidity keeps the wine lively and clean through the finish.

At 10.5% alcohol, this is an easy drinking but nicely detailed Pinot Grigio with freshness at its core. A natural match for oysters, chilli prawns, spicy Asian dishes or a simple cheese plate.
