Paracombe wines are 1.7 billion years in the making. High on 
an ancient plateau, Paul and Kath Drogemuller sustainably 
grow grapes and make wine that honours story and place. 
Paracombe Pinot Gris is greatly loved. Lifted aromas of pear, 
apple, rose petal and musk fill the bouquet. The palate is 
lusciously fruitful with soft texture, nicely balanced with fresh, 
natural acidity.
