Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Paracombe’s Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, expressive Adelaide Hills style with plenty of regional character. The ironstone rich soils of the vineyard bring a subtle flinty mineral note to the wine, alongside lifted aromas of passionfruit, tropical fruit and kiwi. The palate is bright and clean, with zesty peach, stone fruit and citrusy acidity giving the wine plenty of energy. Persistent and easy to enjoy, it balances generous fruit with a crisp, mineral edge rather than leaning too heavily into tropical sweetness. A versatile white for fresh seafood, salads, goat’s cheese or simply as an aperitif.
