Paralian Bowyer Ridge Vinyard Chardonnay 2025

Sourced from the elevated Bowyer Ridge Vineyard in Kenton Valley, this 2025 single vineyard Chardonnay captures the freshness and complexity of the Adelaide Hills, with a subtle Burgundian influence.

White peach, grapefruit and fresh lemon lead the way, with delicate notes of nougat, cream and a touch of flinty reduction. The palate is beautifully concentrated yet precise, with ripe stone fruit, fine phenolic texture and vibrant acidity carrying through to a long, savoury finish.

Whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak, with partial malolactic fermentation and lees stirring adding texture and depth. A lovely match for roast chicken, grilled scallops or buttery seafood dishes.
