Passofino Pecorino 2025

The Passofino Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP is a fresh, expressive Italian white from Abruzzo, showcasing a traditional grape variety that has made a remarkable comeback in recent decades. Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel, it combines generous fruit with a crisp, refreshing character.

Bright citrus, white peach and subtle tropical notes of papaya lead the nose, with a gentle herbal lift. The palate is rounded and textured, balancing ripe orchard fruit with fresh acidity and a delicate balsamic note on the finish. There's plenty of flavour without sacrificing freshness.

A lovely alternative to Pinot Grigio, particularly well suited to grilled fish, fresh prawns or seafood pasta.
