The Single Vineyards are crafted from the most expressive sites sourced from Penny's Hill sustainability-certified vineyards in McLaren Vale. This is the second vintage of old-vine Grenache, sourced from a beautiful block called 'The Springs' due to its location in the renowned subregion of Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale. The vineyard covers 2 hectares, with an elevation of 136m. The site is home to 75-year-old bushvine Grenache, deeply rooted in sandy soils typical of this esteemed subregion. Bright and lifted with floral notes coupled with red currants, strawberry, crushed raspberries, and underlying red licorice and white pepper.
