Tu m’tiens au jus 2024 is a vibrant, easy flowing expression of Beaujolais, made from 60 year old Gamay vines and built around freshness, perfume and pure fruit.

Ripe strawberry and raspberry lead the palate, with red cherry, blackcurrant and a subtle floral lift adding detail. Fully destemmed fruit undergoes semi carbonic maceration before four months in concrete, keeping the wine supple, juicy and bright.

Silky in texture with gentle tannins and lively acidity, this is a highly approachable style of Beaujolais that still carries plenty of character. Serve lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or simple bistro dishes.
