A classic Eden Valley Riesling built around purity, citrus and the natural freshness of its high country vineyard.

Fresh lemon, lime and grapefruit lead the nose, joined by white flowers, subtle dried herbs and a touch of rosemary. The palate is bright and focused, with generous citrus fruit balanced by fine natural acidity and a clean mineral finish.

Pewsey Vale has been growing Riesling in Eden Valley since 1847, and that experience shows in a wine that is immediately refreshing but has the structure to develop beautifully in bottle. Excellent with fresh oysters, scallops, salt and pepper squid or Thai salads.
