Pierre Brisset Chambolle Musigny Premier 1Er Cru Les Noirots 2018 is a finely structured Pinot Noir from a respected Premier Cru site beneath Bonnes Mares in the Côte de Nuits.

Generous and expressive, the nose shows ripe red cherry, raspberry and a subtle pastry note, reflecting the warmth of the 2018 vintage. The palate is more structured, with fleshy fruit giving way to firm, youthful tannins and a persistent, gently spiced finish.

From 55 year old vines on clay limestone soils, the fruit is handpicked, fully destemmed and fermented over two to three weeks, before ageing for 14 months in French oak, a portion new. This is a classic Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru with both depth and finesse, built to soften and evolve over time.
