The nose opens with bright mulberry and raspberry fruit, lifted by subtle floral notes of lavender and a gentle potpourri character. On the palate it is medium bodied and finely detailed, with smooth, well integrated tannins and a cool, composed feel rather than overt power. A faint saline edge brings energy and length through the finish.

This is a quietly confident Gevrey, built on freshness and precision, with the depth to develop further in bottle. Best suited to roast poultry, duck or earthy mushroom dishes.
